"Felt like everybody was genuinely nice and kind. The rooms were very clean. Need some work and some room rooms but other rooms are very very nice on the inside now the outside could use a good little cleanup, maybe paint but all in all I rate this place a four star and have the best prices around thanks for the day days in"

Great High Point Location adj to JH Adams Inn- Newly Renovated
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful stay. Loved the location and the house. Perfect for our family "
"Highly recommend! The place was super clean. My wife removed the TV from our bedroom...so being able to watch TV from bed in this apt. was also much appreciated:) The hosts were also really generous...allowing me to check in a few hours before the designated check-in time.Would definitely be back here if the opportunity presented itself!"
"This house...we LOVED this house. Perfect size for our family of 4 (including 2 teen boys!). Also, softest towels we've ever used, hands-down. The house was well-equipped with almost everything you'd need; plenty of dishes, silverware, all the basic cookware and utensils, some baking sheets, and even an available gas grill. A collection of basic spices in the cabinet and aluminum foil in the drawer. There were even containers with lids for leftovers and such! We did notice the absence of a kitchen towel and dish drying rack, making it a challenge to hand-wash any dishes. There was also an absence of tissues in the house, although plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. No scissors also made cooking a slight challenge, and we couldn't find any grilling tools to use the gas grill on the patio. These are minor details, and we managed fine, but noteworthy in our eyes.We were easily able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the home, and the beds were just right, not too soft and not too firm for sleeping. Showers were great, and washer & dryer were easy to use to have fresh clothes (love that there was a basket!).Communication with the property manager was good; we ended up arriving a day later than planned due to a case of suspected food poisoning delaying us, but were able to get in with no problems and enjoy our stay. Should we need to come back to High Point (we were there for a University Open House), we would not hesitate to stay again!"
"Small but clean and comfortable home. We liked the kitchen- up to date appliances and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Host responded very quickly to questions. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood. Very convenient location- close to everything of interest. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend the property."
Second-floor charming 2-bedroom apartment in High Point
6/10 Okay
"My stay got off to a rough start. When I got into town, there were no check-in instructions waiting in my inbox. When I requested them, I was simply sent a code for the lock box—which worked, opened the door, and saw a construction zone. When I finally got a hold of the host, they let me know I was actually in the upstairs unit, not the unit in the listing title.I got upstairs and there was no key in the lockbox. The downstairs key didn’t work for this door, so I was not able to enter. The host sent the cleaner to open the door as he must not live locally, so I waited for about 25 minutes. The host did offer a refund for the inconvenience. The apartment itself is fine overall. Cleanish—a bit grimy but nothing super gross. The bathroom is small and a DIY reno: the toilet seat was held on by a wrench and the shower rod wasn’t attached at all. Beds are comfy but linens are basic. A few things to note:—there are no working outside lights on the property. Bring a flashlight if you get there after dark. —WiFi is slow/spotty. I wouldn’t plan any meetings with video here. —there is no kettle to boil water in for the provided French press and no other way to make coffee. The kitchen is semi-stocked. Enough to get by but you couldn’t do a lot of cooking there. —there are only sheer curtains in all the bedrooms, so I assume the neighbors can see in when it’s dark, and I was woken up with the sun. The windows are not well sealed and do not keep out much noise. "
