"Our favorite place to stay"

"They made excellent use of the space. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean.m overall. Location was very convenient to High Point University. Host was super responsive to all requests. There is a form to fill out the four check-in. Make sure you don’t miss that because you won’t get the code without that. We appreciate it the host responsiveness in helping us deal with that when we had missed that. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, etc, but no spices for cooking, just fyi. I find it’s about 50-50 with most rentals and whether or not they have those extra amenities. Would definitely stay here again.. There is a train that goes by at night so if you are sensitive to that type of noise, it’s something to be aware of. It didn’t keep us up, but on those nights that we were up a little later, I happened to hear it while reading in the bedroom. Again, the hosts were super responsive and kind and the location is fantastic for visiting HPU.."

"Beautiful and modern home with easy access to the Greensboro Aquatic Center ad coliseum complex, High Point University and the fabulous restaurants and shops in Jamestown, this VRBO is perfect for your Greensboro stay. Kelly was so easy to contact and very accommodating. Any question or any concern was quickly addressed. The beds were super comfortable as was the cozy living space. The kitchen and baths had every modern convenience (and even some we had never seen before!) and were charmingly decorated as was every part of this VRBO. Highly recommend!!"

"I had a really horrible experience with this Vrbo property and would definitely not recommend staying here. The host was hardly responsive, which made everything even more frustrating when issues came up.When we arrived, the house clearly had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty, the cabinets were greasy, and the oven was absolutely disgusting. Under the sink there was rat poop all over, which was extremely concerning, especially since we were staying there with our young child.To make matters worse, the toilet was broken and leaking water during our stay. The couch was also broken and had screws sticking out of it, which felt unsafe.The most alarming part was when my 2-year-old opened a board game that was in the house and there was a pill inside. That was honestly shocking and could have been very dangerous.Overall, the house was extremely nasty and not what you would expect when booking a place to stay. Between the cleanliness issues, broken items, and lack of response from the host, it was a very disappointing experience."
