Beautiful private waterfront on Lake Coeur d`Alene. Beach and dock.

This 2-story lake home has a fun cabin feel, with plenty of living space for gathering and play. There are 180 degree views from living rooms on each floor, air conditioning, and 4 private bedrooms. Additionally, the downstairs living room offers a day bed with trundle, plus a futon for extra sleeping space.

Outside is a spacious deck with expansive lake views, seating, beautiful trees and a propane BBQ. A tram is available from the kitchen deck down to the beach as well as a walking path. There is a fire pit on the beach, plenty of seating, a dock with enough room for large boats as well as a swim ladder off the end of the dock.

In nearby Rockford Bay there is a marina with a restaurant (Shooters) and small general store for snacks. Downtown Coeur d'Alene is an easy 25 minute drive, or you cruise north on your boat to public docks in the heart of town.

Lake Coeur d' Alene is a deep water, clear lake with over 100 miles of shoreline, perfect for finding secluded bays to float, swim, ski, fish and explore. The lake is wonderful, but it's only one of many reason to come to Coeur d' Alene. Silverwood Theme Park is the northwest's largest theme park, only 15 minutes north of CDA. With over 70 rides, slides, shows and attractions, including four roller coasters, Boulder Beach Water Park, a steam engine train, live entertainment, restaurants, and more!

Things to note:
Free WiFi (streaming is limited due to the lakefront location). Patience is required to use the WiFi for work from home applications.

*This home has a tram that leads to the water/dock. The tram has a weight limit; if that limit is exceeded, there will be a $300 charge to the guest for the tram to be serviced. Absolutely no children under 18 years old are allowed on the tram without an adult present. The weight limit on the tram is 800 lbs. Thank you!

The dock is stored off site each year due to severe winter conditions in the bay. The dock is usually at the home site from mid-May till the third week of September.

Fun time in northern Idaho

This house has amazing views, the kitchen was well appointed and it was so nice to be able to take the tram down to the lake. Norm was responsive to our questions.

Great Lake Getaway

Loved staying at this house on the lake. House was very comfortable, though could really use a good deep clean (being winter and not a busy time of year, guessing that is why). Loved the location and view. Hosts were great as well. I recommend staying here!

Gorgeous view.

This was a great place to stay. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. The driveway was a little steep and crowded, but we were told this before we rented.

Relaxation and amazing view

This is our family’s second stay here and we loved it both times. The views are awesome and the dock is such a great place to play with the family. We had some issues with WiFi / TV but the owners were very responsive in helping out. We hope to be back again.

FABULOUS

we have been traveling annually together for 37 years, and this home was the best as far as seeing the lake from the LR, dining room and kitchen. Deck was beautiful and spacious and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet, spacious home to relax in.

Great escape

Came with family to enjoy the week on the lake with each other, this home was perfect for all of our needs. We had elderly folks with us and the main room and tram made it possible for them to enjoy the days with us on the lake. The rooms were perfect and the deck was the best part. The amenities available were perfect as well. Parking was also very good for being so close to the lake. Will for sure look to see if available for our next trip.

Wonderful house with gorgeous views

This home was a great spot for us to get together. It has unbeatable views and is just the right amount of distance from town to feel like a real getaway. The tram car down to the beach was convenient for us to have a fire and go paddle boarding. It was comfortable and cozy for our group of 8 adults. The downstairs can get a little chilly, but we adjusted for that. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Comfortable Accommodation

This is a very comfortable home. Everything you need to cook in every night if you wish. The pictures do a good job of describing the home. There's a tram to the water which worked perfectly. Nice dock for mooring your boat and swimming from. It was easy to communicate with the owner. I'd highly recommend this place.

Loved this house!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house and property. Stunning views of the lake from the big windows and decks. Very spacious home with ample seating for all twelve of us, and a comfortable bed for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook big group meals. The property is private and quiet and we really loved the dock for swimming (the lake water is clean and warm)! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this house for your lake vacation!

Nice stay!

Overall was a very nice stay. Needs some sprucing up but overall served our purpose of enjoying the lake and surrounding area. Had to vacuum upon arriving and the top of the refrigerator was thick with dust. Needs a good deep cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and was nice for walking. Trail to the lake and lake area grounds need maintenance and general cleanup. This didn’t stop us from enjoying the water but could definitely enhance the experience. Host was great and provided quick responses.

Home on Lake Couer d'Alene

We stayed in this lovely home for a week in late September. Because it was end-of season it was very quiet, very peaceful. We enjoyed the views (even in the rain), the deck with its gas fire pit was a special treat in the evening. The "tram" from the top of the hill to the private beach was really fun and I can only imagine how much fun the tram would be for our grandkids. Roads to the property are paved with slow speed limits posted. It was not difficult to navitgate to Couer d'Alene for restaurants and brew pubs (try - Daft Badger Brewing, Post Falls Brewing Company and Moon Time).

Great location

We enjoyed a great week at this cabin with a beautiful view. The location is wonderful as far as distance from Spokane and proximity to a boat launch. The road there is great and was so nice to be able to unload our vehicles right by the door. Loved the big upper deck with plenty of chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The inside had plenty of seating and the kitchen/pantry was well stocked with dishes, spices, etc. It was great to have a second refrigerator. The tram was a quick ride to the beach. A few of us did tackle the steep path! The beach had numerous chairs and a table. It was nice to have the kayak and paddle board and a few floaties. The dock is newer and was plenty big for our 23’ pontoon boat. Was nice to have the ladder at the end of the dock. The owners were quick to respond to questions. Very nice property.

Perfect family lakefront vacation for all ages & disabilities!

I felt so lucky to find this place! We have a lot of needs in our family and this fit all of them perfectly. I have 5 kids ranging from 4 month old baby to 18 yrs old. I have a daughter with a traumatic brain injury and the tram was fantastic for her, she was able to access the beach with ease. and when her brain "shut down" on the beach it was so easy to just put her on the tram and get her to the house, life savor! Her service dog was also very happy and able to tag along wherever she went, indoor and outdoor, she always felt safe and included. The private beach was stocked with chairs, table, kayak, paddleboard which all my kids used and LOVED. We also have a boat which we brought, and the dock was great for that. my 12 yr old son caught a fish the last night we were there! super awesome memories. The view from the cabin is SPECTACULAR! absolutely the best. We would BBQ on the deck, enjoy dinner, then after sunset we would play games around the propane fireplace on the deck, MAGICAL! We also had a fire down by the beach one night and made smores. After the sun went down we would watch movies in the living room, the chairs were comfy for everyone. beds were comfortable. I loved that the main bedroom had a rocker chair, I nursed my baby there and it was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for 7 people and I loved that you have 2 fridges. THANK YOU for opening your home to pets, it means the world to us! a vacation we will always remember!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped well. Most all amenities are included like a new washer and dryer, a fire pit table on the deck, Air conditioning. Kitchen appliances are plentiful. A nice dock on the water for your boat and play toys. This was my fourth time staying here and I'm booked for next year as well. We enjoyed our stay on Coeur d' Alene at this wonderful home. This was our 3rd time staying here. It's so well appointed and comfortable. The Hosts are very responsive and provide all the information and details necessary. The Starlink WiFi works great which was an upgrade this year. The dock is nice and works well for 1 or 2 boats. We have our next two stays booked. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to enjoy family time!!! Beautiful views of the lake, plenty of seating, huge picture windows. The tram makes it a very easy way to enjoy getting to and from the lake. Enjoyed a bonfire roasting marshmallows and making amazing memories! The home is a little older but very well maintained. Had plenty of kitchen supplies as I was cooking for 10. Lots of linens we never ran out of anything needed. We would stay there again.
