"At first, we felt a bit hesitant since it was someone’s house and there weren’t any clear signs—we just walked onto the property. When we got to our room, it was lovely, though I was still slightly unsure because you could hear people in the main house, and I wasn’t certain about privacy or whether anyone could enter our room. However, no one did, and our concerns quickly faded. The room itself was beautiful—bright, airy, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing."

"Staff are ok, hotel needs updating. Rooms are dated, bathroom needs a good clean, didn’t like the hair in the plug in the bath. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bar area not clean, lack of staff willing to service. Food ok, definitely reheated. Breakfast was ok, but they need to tell you it’s not just full English for £9.95 and provide the menu on check-in. Young lady on breakfast provided an excellent service, although tables not cleaned, no cutlery, napkins, cups or glasses. Had to ask for everything. Really understand why the Premier Inn and Ramada was full, definitely better planning next time and look at reviews. "

"Clean room, well maintained. Self check-out and 24 hr entry. Free parking. Restaurant wasn't serving but Wrexham short walk. Useful for visiting or work trips"

"This hotel was an excellent place to stay staff very polite and helpful, rooms spacious and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent but was very busy at 9am on Sunday morning so we had to wait for the food to be replenished. Plenty of parking on site, very competitive prices on the drinks."

"Stayed here for 2 nights during a work trip, executive room is large with a good sized desk and good layout. Fridge and safe in room. Shower was just Ok. Rooms need a refresh, some shoddy contractors used previously as workmanship was very bad, especially the silicone around the sinks. Breakfast was very bland, and the worst coffee I've had in a hotel. Would have preferred a basic Nescafé packet."

"Check in process was unclear. Felt like I was inconvenienceng staff by needing to check in. Room was really cold first night. I advised staff of this in morning and was given a heater for second night which helped. The restaurant had not recived their food order so many items were missing. Light in bathroom kept turning off on its own. The only real positive was the breakfast which was good, and the staff member on in the morning was polite and attentive. "
