"The lodges are very well designed and attractive with good amenities, however it could do with a lot of TLC, the walls were all marked/scuffed, everywhere needed a good paint job. Wasn’t the cleanest of properties with debris on the floor downstairs which I hoovered up. Bedrooms neat and tidy with fresh bedding and towels. Jacuzzi was lovely and well maintained. Just a little more time spent on cleaning and maintenance and it would have been percect"

"This was my third time at The Warrens at Foxtail in less than a year. Lovely accomodation with great transport links with some luxury touches. Lots to do in the local area and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful and a mine of local information"

"We stayed in Tuilip Lodge for 4 nights as a little break visiting relatives in the locality. The lodge was bigger than expected and we loved the quiet countryside location There is a steep driveway up to the top of the hill it was worth it for the views. We explored the local area around Llangollen, Shrewsbury and had a day out to Chester which was about 50 minutes drive away. There are also plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby which saved cooking! "Fantastic 4 nights in this lodge, our hosts were very welcoming and a bottle of Prosecco in the wine fridge for our arrival was a really lovely touch. Lodge is beautiful and comfortable, had everything that we needed and of course the hot tub was an added bonus. Will definitely be back."
