"I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."

It was stocked with games and basic kitchen supplies and extra linens, so we were comfortable and well-taken care of for our stay. We would rent from this host/property management company again in a heartbeat. "
