"A beautiful and well equipped log cabin on the side of a mountain. Very comfortable bed! The yard and the flower baskets were well cared for. Saw hummingbirds and Phoenix moths each morning. Turkeys visited a couple of times. We loved the different outdoor sitting areas. The breakfast nook was a special to eat looking out at the beautiful vista. You can also sit in living room and look out and see the mountains. Ouray is known as Little Switzerland of America. Surrounded by majestic mountains. Highly recommend cabin. We plan to return. "
"I liked that this property was extremely quiet at night. The hotel was accommodating with a coffee shop, lounge, and tavern all within the building. Staff was very nice and willing to help, easy to get ahold of if not at the front desk. Street parking right outside, and within walking distance to trails and the main street of town with all the shopping, convenience stores, and restaurants. Spa was wonderful and staff there was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed, and had a great mountain view."
