Parking instructions: 2 covered parking spots under building labeled 1203. Parking passes must be displayed in dashboard and will be left sitting on the kitchen counter for your arrival.
**Both vehicles need to be pulled under the building in designated spots. Only two spots available. Additional parking passes cannot be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations.**
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately (200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs and accessories are provided for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
Property Improvement Disclaimer: The community currently has several improvement projects underway, including lighting upgrades, pool bathroom renovations, and grinding/recoating of the main entry ramps to all buildings. These projects are anticipated to be completed prior to the start of the season (beginning in April). However, timelines are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. The continuation, scheduling, or extension of any project will be determined at the discretion of the Homeowners Association (HOA).
