"This was by far one of the better customer service Holiday Inn hotel for me. The breakfast lady was very keen on keeping the food well stocked and made sure the tables were cleaned between use. The cleaning staff were nice when I asked for anything extra. Front desk service were a mix depending on who was there but it was fine. I do like they rent out board games to give my kids sometime extra to do. Breakfast options were fairly good though the pancake machine was broken on the first morning. The hotel was updated but you can tell that they didn't upgrade everything. The doors had cuts where they changed the locks and it creaked. Beds were a little too soft for me. But overall it was clean and family friendly and would stay again."

"The rooms, the lobby and overall the whole place are the nicest I've ever seen. Everything is extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are crisp and clean. The indoor pool/hot tub and the outdoor pools are amazing. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience "
