The most obvious omissiom is that rooms, at least my room, didn't have mobile phone charging points and were not able to offer a charging plug. There was lots of choice at breakfast, but the hot food was always cold and the restaurant had limited choice to its menu for dinner. However, the staff were all friendly and I especially commend the receptionist who charged my phone for me with her own personal charger.

Excellent walk from airport, however at night can be dark. Not many lights. So would get an uber perhaps next time. The stay was okay. The issue was that there was no amenities, shower gel and hand soap weren’t replenished and the guy on reception said he did not have a house keeping key???. So if someone needs another towel or toilet roll. Did result in me having to change rooms. He did put me into another room. But this was after midnight. He also allowed a later checkout. The breakfast was adequate but the eggs had shell in them. The scrambled eggs. Every bit had shell in it. So was gritty.

Despite information on their website, they do not offer airports shuttle! They did call a taxi, but that was an extra expense; and no, they are not within walking distance from the airport terminal. They do not have a parking and access to the hotel entry is very difficult, if not impossible. Cars have to backup laboriously trough a narrow passage along some cars parked on the left side of dead end "street". Reception staff was ok, at least they called a taxi for me. I left very early, so no breakfast for me. Would I stay there again - noooo.

The staff were friendly; in particular the waiter at the restaurant. English visitors should bear in mind that the staff is polite but will not give fake smiles as in UK. The room was on the small side but good for a single person. Recently renovated so nice modern design. There was a little noise at night due to construction and the bed was a little noisy when moving around. The location of hotel couldn’t be better - 10-15min max walking. Super convenient, especially when they have live flight update inside the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant food very nice. I had the tartare and spaghetti carbonara with truffle. Both were nicely made, albeit I prefer my tartare with a little spice and more acidic. The pasta was loaded with truffle oil and a little al dente which i like. The staff accommodated the drink I wanted that was not on the menu. Overall, would say that the hotel is more around 4* level so a nice surprise.

This hotel close to Wroclaw Airport would & could have been a total of 5 whole 🌟's {if only for the wonderful , delicious breakfast spread which was included in the room rate!} but I had to deduct one ⭐️ as there was no prior warning about the very early 6.30 / 7.00 a.m. extremely noisy building works / renovations which are at one whole side of the hotel (& which my room window was directly above!) - the shrill , loud , prolonged drilling , together with banging , scraping plus the operation of a huge crane made it impossible to sleep , watch TV , relax whilst that whole racket was / is going on ! I suggest that future customers request a room at the front of the hotel overlooking Lidl until the project is completed..! .!

My stay at Arche Hotel was outstanding. The hotel is new, super clean and comfortable. The decor of the hotel and the room is tastefully done and the bed very comfortable. With the window closed you can hardly hear any outside noise even though you can see the airport from the window. The location with 10 minute walking distance to the airport is super easy and convenient, even with two pieces of luggage and a backpack. To top it all, the continental breakfast was included in the price with large selection of hot and cold food, breads, espresso machine and verities of teas and desserts. The staff at the reception and breakfast area is super professional, helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful way to spend the last day in Poland before a long journey to USA.

Very good and professional service. Wonderful decor of the place. Everything was very clean except the night stand had a sticky drink stains, and the smell in the lobby is not welcoming. As the hotel is based by airport the suitcase wheels friendly access to the front door from the footpath would be nice improvement.

This was my second stay at this location. Even though it was only to spend a night before going to the airport, the stay was pleasant. The receptionist was fast nd efficient. The room was clean. The amenities were sufficient. I would recommend using this facility.
