This fully equipped apartment is suitable for 4 people. The 43 m² surface includes a living room, an independent kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In the living room you will find a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom is equipped with comfortable double bed and big wardrobe. This lovely and comfortable apartment is located in modern housing estate at Tęczowa Street only 2 km from Wrocław's Old Town! In the area you will find plenty of restaurants, cafies as well as the main tourist attractions of Wrocław - Wroclaw Philharmonic Concert Hall (1,8 km), Wrocłąw Opera House (2,1 km), Museum of History (2,2 km). There is also an Aquapark in 3,2 km from the accomodation. The district is also very well comunicated with city center - you will find numerous tram and bus stops nearby. The closest neighborhood fulfills all daily needs by the proximity of supermarkets Żabka (240 m ) and Biedronka (1,6 km), a baker's shop (450 m), and a drugstore (1,5 km). The nearest shopping mall Wroclavia (2,7 km) can be reached in 10 min by car. The apartment has an assigned parking place in the outdoors parking lot (not in the garage). Good apartment, but terrible communication

The place is good, but I have had a very bad experience in communication. I have rented this place for my sister who was escaping the war in Ukraine. When everyone around the world was understanding the situation Ukrainians were coming through and tried to help, the owners of the place raised rate for the following month. I have reached out to them directly to extend the lease and they offered the price more than it was to book a new reservation including a new cleaning fee. I haven't had other options and wanted for my sister a place to stay. The problem was that VRBO didn't allow to book from the same day the lease ends, so I had to book from the next day. In the chat with apartment representatives/owners I confirmed that the apartment is available and offered to pay the difference between the rate and the cleaning fee. I got a reply that I need to pay more than that even if they skip doing cleaning. No discount for a long stay was offered, no willing to agree on the amount I offered them even it was $15 less than they asked. I have asked about cancelation of a new reservation to book smth else and was refused since it was less than 14 days prior. I wish I could plan ahead such things as a war. :( Bottom line for me, it was greedy and antihuman from the side of the apartment representatives. $15 doesn't worth of a reputation and struggle of people. Especially I haven't asked to do anything for free. Don't recommend until the service would improve.
