The apartment also has a balcony facing the quiet side of the estate, perfect for a morning outdoor wake-up with a cup of coffee. The functional, bright space has minimalist decor in muted colors, giving it a sense of spaciousness and effortless ease. The living room is equipped with a sitting or sleeping area with a double sofa bed, while the bedroom has a double bed.
