The only problem we had there was not heating in the bathroom. Everything other was great.

Good hotel
Good experience with hotel staff. I suppose for contact tracking purposes they even wanted the names and birthdays of my minor children, but check in was easy enough and I appreciated the scrutiny of our vaccine cards. The breakfast room and front desk on sunday was managed by just one person - she refilled the food and drinks buffet, bussed tables, washed dishes and managed the front desk. Much too much for one person, but she handled it with grace and was very kind to my kids. The room had no hot water Sunday morning! Overall a pleasant stay.

Das Hotel war sauber und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Leider hat die Reinigungskraft es nicht hinbekommen, uns am Anreisetag oder nach der ersten Übernachtung ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung zu stellen oder das Duschgel aufzufüllen, obwohl wir es schon extra leer abmontiert hatten. An der Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiter*innen jedoch sehr nett und haben uns schnell geholfen.

Easy stayover location when visiting Aachen, or when passing by, although the city is really worth a visit. The hotel is decent enough, could do with a little lick of paint here and there, but overall okay, staff is helpful and friendly. The surroundings are basically industrial/shopping/fastfood area. Near the highway, so convenient to get away from.

Hatten über Silvester eine Nacht Aufenthalt je 2 Familien im Familienzimmer. War super. Ein paar Anliegen: 1: Rezeption sollte längere Öffnungszeiten haben 2: Buchungsnummer bzw Zugangscode sollte allen zugeschickt werden ohne vorherige Kommunikation -sowas kann schnell mal untergehen. Und wenn man pech hat kann man nicht einchecken. 3. Frühstückszeiten sollten längsr sein. 4. spezielle Gitter für Kinderbetten oder Beistellbett wäre von Vorteil. Die Babys drehen sich oft Nachts. Ansonsten sauber, kompakt und für den Preis echt tolles Zimmer. Gerne wieder b&b 👍

Nette accommodatie, prima gelegen. De badkamer is erg klein en was niet goed schoongemaakt. De rest van de (familie)kamer is ook niet heel ruim, maar helemaal prima voor 1 nachtje. Het ontbijt is goed, zeker voor een b&b hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Matig hotel. Alles smoezelig, niet heel fris. Geen waterkoker voor koffie of thee. Geen koelkastje/ minibar. Beneden in de hal een automaat om iets te drinken, maar daar kan ALLEEN contant geld in. Aangezien de receptie vaak dicht is, is er geen mogelijkheid is om te wisselen, dus geen mogelijkheid om iets te drinken.

Hotel staat op een industrieterrein maar is van binnen helemaal prima. Slim ingericht, efficiënt met de ruimte. Ontbijt is ook prima. Goede prijs /kwaliteit. Zeer tevreden goed geslapen met airco. Tip; Bij inchecken duidelijk aangeven wanneer je vooraf al betaald hebt.

Das Hotel wurde gerade renoviert, dass ich den Aufzug nur sporadisch benützen konnte. Personal war aber sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbeging war etwas zu spät für mich.

We werden om 10.00 uur gewekt door de schoonmaker, terwijl de uitcheck om 12.00 uur was. Bij binnenkomst was de receptioniste niet erg vriendelijk

Freundlich aber leider schlechter Standard
Freundlicher Service. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer war sehr klein. Da sind Flughafen Hotelzimmer größer. Leider auch bestimmt 15 Jahre nicht wirklich renoviert worden. Wir waren nur über Nacht dort. Dafür war es ok.

Der Zugang zum Hotel und zu den Zimmern per Code ist sehr praktisch. Das Familienzimmer mit den separaten Betten auf der Empore war prima!
