On Mar 2023 , I rented this place and was a big mistake . As I had entered the rental suite , the owner we engaged was not very friendly at all .
I felt that he wanted to quickly set his expectations and collect payment. As we finish our dealings we were confined at our room and can only access the so - called kitchen for water. By the way , the kitchen does not include usage of stove , fridge and microwave ) . Pretty crappy deal If I say so so far . He also reminded us to turn off his lights after getting our water . Electricity must be expensive here to be reminded verbally multiple times by the owner. With out the verbal reminders , there is paper signage on the switches to turn off after usage . Alright, got it .
In terms of method of payment for rental. The Owner accepts only cash , which he failed to disclose verbally and have any written documentation on the website before rental agreement .
The room , I notice some moisture damage on the cleaning and they did a Mickey mouse job fixing it . If air conditioning is turned off , there is a PROMINENT smell of mold and mildew. It’s absolutely terrible and unhealthy!
Wi-Fi service is terrible at this property , tested and you only get 3.8 mbps down stream. For the money you pay for this place , please book a hotel instead .
Beware and think twice folks cause the rental spot here is Not that great at all.
