Ein schöner kurz Urlaub. Sauberes Zimmer, super Lage. Leider war der Hundespielplatz nur eingeschränkt zu nutzen, da Reparaturen gemacht werden müssen.

Es war sauber, und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das W-lan funktionierte leider nur sporadisch, wenn man den Router neu startete. Und auch wenn man das W-lan ausschaltet, ist der Internetempfang (Telekom) dort an der Küste sehr dürftig. Persönliche Empfindungen: die Matratzen waren leider nicht sehr bequem. Und auch ein gemütliches Beisammensein ist abends nicht gut möglich, das vorhandene Sofa eignet sich nicht, um dort mit 3 Personen gemütlich zu sitzen.

Schöne Lage, schönes Umland.

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, aber es sollte ein bisschen auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Speziell der Fußboden, im Bad und in der Küche wurde schon länger nicht mehr gewischt. Über der Duschkabine hat sich Schimmel gebildet. Die Kopfkissen sind schon alt und verklumpt. Wenn die angesprochenen Punkte verbessert werden, kann man sich in der Wohnung richtig wohl fühlen.

Besteck : Löffel nicht sauber. Bad : Wir haben 7 Spinnen an der Decke weck gesaugt . Haare auf den Fliesen. Terrasse voller Hundehaare . Tapeten im Wohnzimmer und Bad Decke könnte man neu streichen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön ausreichend für 4 Personen. Liebevoll eingerichtet trotzdem gab es hier und da etwas was ich Ihnen gerne mitteilen möchte Die Schlafcouch war sehr dreckig und verfleckt, das Geschirr ( töpfe, pfannen) waren ebenso etwas schmutzig. Das Bett war sehr bequem, toller balkon! Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub trotzdem sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder

Urlaub mit Hund

Schöne große Wohnung mit Balkon und nahe des des Deiches. Der Hundeplatz mit Geräten zum Üben und Toben war direkt gegenüber unserer Wohnung, für Urlaub mit Hund ideal. Schade, dass hier kein Bäcker war, so mussten wir immer im nächsten Geschäft Brötchen/Brot kaufen, Fahrt ca 20 Minuten zu REWE, ALDI, DM, Rossmann. Hundestrände hatten wir uns schöner /anders als beschrieben vorgestellt, deshalb für Urlaub mit Hund enttäuschtend. Schöne lange Spaziergänge am Deich.

Fenster und Fensterahmen waren richtig schmutzig, ebenfalls der Balkon dort waren noch due Spinngewebe vom letzten Herbst. Ausserdem würde in der Wohnung geraucht,was man noch riechen konnte.

Schöne Anlage mit Apartmentwohnungen und einzel stehenden Ferienhäuser hinter dem Deich. Sonnenuntergang am kleinen Leuchtturm am Krabbenkutterhaven in Wremen ein Muss. Auswanderer Haus in Bremerhaven ein Höhepunkt.

Zustand der Unterkunft

Wände und Decken benötigen eine Überarbeitung. Stockflecken in den Ecken und anscheinend großflächige Wasserflächen im Schlafzimmer benötigen mal Farbe. Die Sauberkeit der Bodenfliesen in der Küche bzw. Bad muss verbessert werden. In der Spühlmaschine noch Geschirr vom Vorgänger unter den Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer reste vom Hundeleckerli. Beim betreten der Wohnung einen muffigen Geruch zur Begrüssung. PREIS/LEISTUNG ist grade noch Ausreichen.

Wir haben uns sehr über die Wohnung gefreut, eine Terrasse haben wir auch gehabt. Viele Spiele haben in der Wohnung auf meine Tochter gewartet und sie hat sich gerne damit beschäftigt. Wir wussten erstmal nicht alles was wir grnau während unseren Urlaub machen könnten bis wir viele Flyer und Informationen in der Wohnung gefunden haben was sehr für uns Hilfreich war und dadurch haben wir vieles geplannt und sehr viel spaß gehabt. Wir haben allerdings Pech mit dem klappbett im Wohnzimmer gehabt, das lattenrost war kaputt und wir müssten die erste Nacht auf dem Boden schlafen und danach haben wir 2 Reise Betten bekommen und das war natürlich nicht schön und konnten das Wohnzimmer nicht mehr richtig benutzen. Aber sonst die Wohnung ist sehr schön

Perfekt wenn man die Ruhe sucht

Wir haben hier ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Der Check-In und Check-Out lief problemlos. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Der Park liegt am Ortsrand und das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf dem Deich lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar einen Eierkocher in der Wohnung. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Bremerhaven schnell zu erreichen.

WLAN schlecht/Wohnanlage hellhörig

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir in der Kaffeemaschine leider einen verschimmelten Filter mit Inhalt. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht und die Verbindung wurde immer wieder unterbrochen. Leider bekommt man auch viel von den Nachbarn mit.

Wohnung gut ausgestattet, recht hellhörig und W-Lan funktioniert oft nicht. Am Abreisetag sollte die Rezeption geöffnet haben. Ansonsten war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Super Urlaub, tolle Lage. Hatten eine Ferienwohnung, werden aber nächstes Mal ein Haus mieten.

Alles in allem sehr schön. Wohnungen sind allerdings sehr hellhörig und W-Lan funktioniert nur teilweise.

Schöner Ferienpark

Der Ferienpark ist schön gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass der Fußboden mit Sand verschmutzt u. die Kochtöpfe nicht richtig gereinigt waren. Auch sollte man bei Buchung darauf hinweisen, dass z. Zt. morgens ab 6:30 Uhr mit Baulärm zu rechnen ist.
