Fahrradurlaub
Das Wetter war zwar etwas kühl aber es hat zumindest nicht geregnet. Notwendige Locations (Restaurants, Geschäfte, Tankstellen) sind gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus hat einen ausreichend großen Wohnraum und auch ein ausreichendes Schlafzimmer. Eine Belegung mit 2 Personen ist okay, für die 3. und 4. Person ist das 2. Schlafzimmer doch etwas klein und bescheiden. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Das gleiche gilt für die Küchenecke. Frühstück zubereiten geht einigermaßen, kochen ist, auch weil nur ein Herd mit 2 Platten und kein Backofen vorhanden sind, kaum zumutbar. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns die Heizung (häufig machte diese Geräusche und fiel auch einmal komplett aus). Alles in Allem reichte das Ferienhaus für unsere Belange (lediglich Frühstück zubereiten und weitestgehend unterwegs sein) durchaus aus.

Sehr ruhiger Ort . Wer also vollkommene Entspannung möchte ist hier genau richtig. Das Häuschen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schränke im Kinderzimmer und Schlafzimmer könnte man erneuern, denn sie fallen auseinander. Das Hochbett im Kinderzimmer ist auch nur notdürftig zusammen geschraubt. Und zum Schluss die Heizung die nicht richtig funktioniert sobald die Heizung auf Störung geht ,soll man das heiße Wasser aufdrehen. Die Vermieter verlangen aber auch Wassergeld und Strom und Gas nochmal zusätzlich, da müsste man eine andere Lösung finden. Fazit Urlaub nochmal im Ort ja aber nicht in der Ferienwohnung.

Das Haus ist nett. Etwas altbacken und das Bad sollte renoviert werden. Außerdem sollte mehr auf Sauberkeit was Spinnweben und Krümmel in Schränken und Schubladen betrifft geachtet werden. Die Lage ist top. Ruhige Gegend kurz hinterm Deich. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung

Kein Ofen, kein WLAN. Das sollte man wissen. Ich kam damit klar und hatte ein paar tolle Tage

insgesamt ein sauberes Haus, Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Vermieter ist für das Mobiliar zuständig, er sollte es noch mehr in Ordnung halten, damit die Betreuung vor Ort sich nicht so viel Beschwerden von den Gästen anhören muss. Von meiner Seite gibt es keine Beschwerden. Gärtner ist zuverlässig.

Wir waren enttäuscht!
Inserat-Foto entspricht nicht mehr der Gegenwart. Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt und zugewachsen. Wir mussten uns erst Durchgänge frei schneiden. Das Gartentor ist nicht zu öffnen weil verzogen. Das Haus war nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Einrichtung bis auf Wohnzimmer sehr veraltet, die Schranktüren verzogen, die alte Duscharmatur für Kinder schwer zu bedienen, die Klobrille nicht fest, die Badezimmertür verschimmelt von feuchten Handtüchern, es fehlen Rauchmelder. Die Küche sehr sparsam eingerichtet, 2 Kochplatten sind zu wenig, Backofen wäre auch schön. Das kleine Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist auch für kleine Leute viel zu eng. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder sind völlig runtergekommen und nicht verkehrssicher, besonders das Kinderfahrrad. Müll konnten wir nicht entsorgen, es fehlt ein Abfuhrplan im Haus. Wir waren schon das 8. Mal in der Feriensiedlung in unterschiedlichen Unterkünften. In dieses Ferienhaus kommen wir nicht mehr!

Veraltete Bilder der Unterkunft
Das Haus ist Ok allerdings sind die Bilder vorallem von außen nicht mehr aktuell der Garten besonders im Terrassen Bereich ist seit Jahren verwildert und ungepflegt zugewachsen auch ein Windschutz und eine Überdachung für Raucher wären angebracht schade
