I used to go here once a month since my store was near by, but unfortunately encountered bedbugs on two occasions. First one I decided to give them another chance, but definitely not after the second
Like new property, staff helpful and thorough.
Dislike: If you go anywhere on a Monday be prepared for closures, the restaurant was closed but the deli was open and satisfactory.
My only complaint is that while in the casino no casino employees ever spoke to me to ask if I needed anything or just to be friendly. I never saw a waiter or waitress at all. I had to ask other casino guests for help with questions and we just left the casino. The hotel was completely opposite. Super friendly and very clean spacious rooms.

I've been to this property in the past and always had a good experience. This time was not different. I had a great time in the casino, a fantastic meal in the restaurant and all the staff I came in contact with displayed outstanding customer service. I can't wait to go back!

The thermostat in the room wasnt working so we were either burning up or really cold. The shower was really dirty I'll include pictures after my statement. Spent over $500 and not once did we win anything and played every slot machine. I got food poisoning the first night we stayed here something in the pizza i guess. There was no microwave in the room. For $113 a night i would expect better . Super 8 has more amenities and there alot less expensive. Stood in line at the front desk lobby for 20 minutes just needing an extra blanket and had to listen to an angry customer complain about bedbugs in there room. Very disappointed in are stay.

Room wasn’t cleaned & had hair everywhere!
Our room had hair all over the bathroom and there was a bar of used soap next to the sink. Also, long hairs on the folded towels in bathroom & different colors too! It was gross but, they moved us to another room & it was cleaner but, no comp for free food or anything for putting us out by switching rooms.

The luggage rack broke as soon as I put my suitcase on it; my husband got it back together so I could use it. Started to make coffee the next morning but there was water standing in the maker so skipped coffee. Other than that, room was clean, bed comfortable!
