    Welcome to Wyk. This 3-room, non-smoking apartment on the ground floor of a new building features a wonderful SOUTH-FACING TERRACE with a cosy beach chair and comfortable patio furniture. There is also a covered east-facing terrace. In the large garden, you can play with the children and the whole family can wind down the day with dinner outdoors.
    The owners have lovingly furnished two apartments in this building. High-quality, very attractive hardwood flooring has been installed throughout nearly the entire apartment.

    The light-filled LIVING ROOM features a beautiful, large corner leather sofa, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove. The dining table is very spacious, seating 5 people.
    The modern, open-concept KITCHEN, equipped with many extras, inspires you to cook.
    BEDROOM 1: Large double bed and wardrobe. BEDROOM 2: Here you’ll find 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together. There’s also a wardrobe here.
    The bathroom with shower and toilet is also well-suited for wheelchair users. The guest bathroom/toilet is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
    You’ll find a private parking space right in front of the house. You can surf the web via a flat-rate Wi-Fi plan.
