BASEMENT: Coin-operated washing machine and dryer, table tennis room. Parking space at the house. Private entrance and terrace with an awning and 2 folding lounge chairs. It’s about a 15–20-minute walk to the town centre, the spa centre, and Aqua Wyk.<br>Internet via Wi-Fi.<br>Bicycle rack at the building. Beach and shopping options in the immediate vicinity (bakery, butcher, Edeka supermarket). The apartment has vinyl flooring throughout.
