The Eiche house enjoys sunshine all day long. The completely renovated and lovingly furnished apartment spans three floors (ground floor, first floor, and attic) and invites you to relax and unwind. You'll find a modern fitted kitchen with an adjoining dining room and a double bedroom overlooking the park. The bathroom offers all the comforts you would expect from a hotel bathroom, despite its compact size. There is also a heated storage room on the top floor. Highlights such as a Nespresso machine, flat-screen TV, iPod radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi make this apartment the perfect alternative to a hotel on the beach. In the garden, there is a paved seating area/terrace with a small table, two chairs and a beach chair for shared use with apartment Schwalbennest during the season.
