I booked a room for 5 people - 2 adults and 3 kids. When we arrived, we were given a room for 4 that didn't fit a roll-a-way bed. The front desk clerk: 1. Said that they assumed the kids were small, even though I included ages. 2. Told us we should've called to make sure there was still a room available for 5. What's the point in a reservation??? 3. Told us we could get a bigger room but had to pay for it. 4. Told us since we booked through Expedia, she couldn't help us. I guess we weren't guests who deserved good service since we booked through Expedia? 5. She offered us a full refund so we could go find another hotel to stay at, even though it was 8pm. 6. When we asked to talk to a manager, we were told the manager doesn't take calls on the weekend... My daughter slept on the floor.

During our 2 night stay there were 2 power outages. Very inconvenient as we weren’t able to shower or get ready for what we had planned. Obviously not really the hotels fault but you’d think maybe they would have a back up generator for these situations. Rooms were kind of small. Staff was friendly, especially the night time staff. Overall I wish it was better for the price paid.

It is in a convenient location, very quiet for the most part More effort needed in cleaning the rooms and elevators. My room had dirty fingerprints in the bathroom.

Stayed for one night. Our room was just okay. Bed very uncomfortable and AC only went down to 68° but room felt very hot. Did not sleep well at all. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
