We did not like this hotel at all. The pictures on the web page do not represent this property at all. The lady behind the desk was not dressed professionally very unkept. We could not get in the first room because the battery was dead on the door lock. When I went to ask for a refund she asked me why I said be we did not like the room so she she was very rude and said how do you know you haven’t even got into the room yet? She came across as she thought that we thought we were better than her and she was taking it personally that we did not want to stay there. What she did not understand was it was the entire experience that we were unleashed with. When we did get into the room the toilet would barely flush you had to flush it three times to get just using to go away. They had a guy walking around with a big sprayer going in and out of rooms spraying for bugs. He was not part of an official looking company and had on no type of identification just some guy dressed in street clothes walking in and out of rooms spraying some unknown chemical. Very unhappy with the entire experience.

Very easy to access from interstate. Front desk was accommodating. Room was very clean & comfy. nice breakfast. Very good furniture. Onsite restaurant & bar was great with delicious food & great customer service.
