"We really liked this tiny cabin. It stayed cool in the hot sun and was really all we needed for our quick weekend trip. The only downside was when we got there a bunch of black stuff had fallen from the AC unit above the bed onto our bed below. We were able to easily sweep it off though. We would stay here again."

"Perfect place to stay! As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe. Bed was comfy. The AC was great and there was a fan mounted on the wall, pointing directly at the bed (which was a huge plus)! Very cute and quiet place. I’ll stay here everytime in the future when visiting my family!"

"Wonderful property! We had plenty of room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed using the amenities outside. We loved seeing the deer at dusk and the house was in close proximity to Blanco, Dripping Springs and Fredericksburg for outings."

"Upon arrival, there were issues and I had difficulty reaching VRBO management; however, the next morning management contacted me and the issues were swiftly resolved.The interior of the home was very clean. The exterior was in need of some TLC. The porches were in dire need of being swept or hosed down. The sewer tanks are located right outside the back door so the stench is rather strong going to & from the pool, garage and garage apartment. The only other inconvenience was the lack of an upstairs shower."

"This is a very clean and comfortable house. It’s quiet, comfortable, close to good eating, Pedernales State Park, and Johnson City. There is a microwave, toaster oven and full size fridge. I will come back!!!!"
