El residencial OASIS es una construcción baja de tres alturas sin ascensor, situada en primerísima línea de playa con acceso directo a la arena. Sito en la parte norte de la playa de Xeraco en avenida de la Mota 26 en las inmediaciones de restaurantes y otros sercicios. Zona tranquila y de poco tráfico, que garantiza la desconexión y el descanso. Ofrece una bonita piscina con zona poco profunda rodeada zonas comunes pisables y ajardinadas.Apartamento en primera planta, todo en perfecto estado con tres dormitorios, un baño completo, aseo-ducha, cocina independiente con lavavajillas y acogedor salón comedor con salida una gran terraza (con toldo) fresca de orientación Este frontal al mar, con fabulosas vistas al mar. Desde esta, bajando por unas escaleras, se accede a un gran jardín de uso privado con salida directa a la playa. En el jardin encontramos una zona de barcacoa. Incluye garage cerrado.El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla! Capacidad 6/7 personas. NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN EN EDADES INFERIORES A TREINTA AÑOS. Se admiten mascotas, peso máximo 12 kg..A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 60-150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, perdida de llaves o incumplimiento del horario de salida. Está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás el dasalojo ya la revisión del alojamiento. El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos).La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. La pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los más pequeños y seniors. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. No olvidemos la pesca, practicable en playas, brazos de mar y ríos.
