Ofrece unas bonitas zonas comunes ajardinadas. Tiene aparcamientos cubiertos. Está a tan solo treinta metros de la arena. Zona muy tranquila, de poco tráfico, que garantiza la desconexión y el descanso, a tan solo treinta metros de la fina arena de la playa.

    Apartamento en primera planta, todo en perfecto estado, con dos dormitorios, un baño con plato de ducha, cocina independiente y acogedora terraza de orientación Este frontal al mar con fabulosas vistas a las dunas y la playa. El salón comedor dispone de ventilador. Incluye plaza de aparcamiento cubierta. Se admiten mascotas bajo petición, peso máximo 10kg.

    El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!
