"The property was nice and clean - there were some holes in the walls and the blinds were not in great shape. My only real complaint was that the AC was not working while we were there. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and the fan ran the whole time but it never cooled down. It was 82 during the day (87 outside) and only got down to 75 at night even with all the windows open - a little warm for sleeping. Notified the host in the afternoon and again in the evening but it never was fixed while we were there. I expected a refund for the inconvenience but none was offered although he did apologize and said he would make sure it was fixed for future guests."

"As I was planning on where to host my daughter’s first birthday, the 99 palms home was the place! The property is very big with much space to host small or big gatherings! Beautiful backyard, kitchen, bedrooms. We were all comfortable and had much room. The party was beautiful and had a lot of room to set up. The backyard patio lights brought beautiful ambiance to the party at night. Tina and her assistant Jazmin were very quick and responsive to any questions. Overall loved our stay and would love to be back! Thank you for having us. "

"This was a perfect location for us and we enjoyed the home. Lots of space, clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. The salt water pool was refreshing. The Arizona heat has affected the outdoor cushions, but not in the host control. Checkin was super easy and I would recommend to others."

"This house was perfect for us! A friend and I were moving our boys into college and we stayed here while we did last-minute shopping and assembled dorm furniture. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The house is very clean! Neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the pool at night! Perfect weekends with our college boys before we sent them off! "

This home was very spacious with a split floor plan and well stocked with everything you need accommodations for my family and I visiting the Glendale area on a short weekend trip for our son’s college football game. The outside area and pool are absolutely beautiful resort style top notch, seriously did not want to leave!! "What a relaxing and charming spot! We were at the end of a month long road trip and wanted place to decompress. This was perfect. The decor is fun with unique touches, and the entertainment center is quite complete. As other guests have commented, sitting in the hot tub or on the patio and gazing at the stars is transformative. The host had prepared a complete notebook of info and recommendations, and made it clear he was always available if we needed him in person. Conveniently near the town and the park entrance, there is still a privacy and stillness that is remarkable. For us, the electric charger for our car was a terrific bonus!"
