"All the staff are very helpful and professional. The front desk team—Elaine, Spring, Eve, and Ray—went above and beyond to assist me in resolving issues with cancellation bookings at another hotel. Their support and professionalism were truly outstanding. I had a very positive experience staying at Pan Pacific Xiamen. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout my stay, and the housekeeping team was both polite and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised when they decorated my room with birthday decorations and treated me to a slice of birthday cake. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasant and enjoyable."
