"From Expedia i can see that the breakfast added is for 2 pax but the hotel staff insists that it only covers for 1 pax. The hotel is good for family holiday but nearby has nothing much. Didi is a must in order to access to nearest shops and food stalls."

"Hotel Clean, service very friendly. Very basic in terms of catering. No room service. And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. "I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined...
