Gracious People

Gracious! We were tired and weary travelers and the hotel came and picked us up and were kind about check in, our bags, etc... It looks like a new start for this hotel and just basic accommodations but clean and hospitable. They got us right to the airport in the morning also. It is a perfect place for an overnight airport stay!

空港から近いゲストハウス。タクシーで11.5元でした。エクスペディアの地図は間違っています。部屋はキレイで、深夜でも治安は良かった。食事にも困りませんでした。

綺麗でおすすめのホテルです。 空港への送迎をしてくれるので助かります。 ただ、中国語が話せない私は、空港到着後のホテル連絡方法に困りました。Wechatや空港のヘルプデスクを利用できるのかも知れません。また、小型タクシーは空港から10元程度です。 後で知ったのですが、他にも書込みを見て宿泊した日本人がいらっしゃいました。

メッセージの返信が遅く迎えに来てもらう事が出来なかった。 部屋の写真が実物と大きくかけ離れていた。 部屋がかなりタバコ臭かった。 スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。

Nice, good service and value for money.

Good location, with some local market that you can grab some water, food, and some snack or even noodle nearby. The bed is hard, but for this price staying here for a night and get ready for your next flight, why not?

空港から近いホテル。送迎サービスがあるので安心です。市内までも30元で行ってくれるようです。 スタッフは中国語のみの対応です。私は中国語を話せませんが、翻訳アプリなどを使って一生懸命対応してくれたので助かりました。 ホテルのすぐ隣に小さな売店があって、食料品からおみやげ（空港にあるものと同じ商品がありました）まで品ぞろえ豊富で助かりました！

there is no 24 hour free shuttle service. When I called the hotel to pick me up in the middle of the night, they cut my line off. In the end, still need to book a taxi to go there. Taxi driver still need to call them to know the exact location. It is not near the airport as claimed.

飛行機に乗るためだけなので安さと便利さ追加します

早朝のフライトに乗るため泊まりました。空港のすぐ裏で、送迎は無料なので助かります。ホテルよりゲストハウスに近い感じ、家族経営のようです。部屋は広く清潔感あり、しかし、エレベーターがありませんから荷物が多い方には事前に連絡して一階の部屋を用意してもらうのは無難かも。

NOWHERE NEAR THE AIRPORT

NOT anywhere NEAR the AIRPORT. Completely misleading description and information. We needed a place at the airport for a very late night flight and booked this based on the decscription of the address and the hotel name, but the actual location we couldn't even find, not with the help of various staff at the hotel we stayed at in the city. We attempted to find it via websearch etc and could in the end locate only one place in Xi'an with this name, but it appeared to be a different hotel who had no reservation for us. fortunately it was not very expensive, but basically money thrown away. NOT RECOMMENDED until they clarify where it actually is and make it easy to get in touch.

朝早いフライトだったので利用しました。中国語で意思疎通できれば空港まで送迎してくれます。ホテルから徒歩1分圏内に食堂やスーパーマーケットがあるので便利でした。

Very friendly staff. Helped with all .my questions

Good place to kick back and relax. Watched alot of movies and read some books. Restraints are 2-3 minutes walking distance. A bit far from main city. Hotel can organise a shared cab to city if required
