"停車方便、早餐豊富美味、房間裝潢、沙發、書桌椅、床、燈光都非常舒服、清潔舒適，而且浴室與廁所不在一個空間、洗手枱在外面、行李放置的空間，等空間設施規劃得非常棒，堪比五星級酒店，性價比高。 還有腳踏車免費出借，去台東森林公園、夜市都太方便了。 二樓還有健身房與休憩區，下午免費供應茶、咖啡與茶點，剛好遇到演習，便在二樓休息了一會兒，很棒的空間與下午茶。"
