It's a newer hotel building, so maintenance is good. However with our stay, the pool was undergoing maintenance and unavailable. The gym was also undergoing maintenance. There was was an alternate gym on site. And alternate arrangement for a nearby pools was an option at a nearby building, but timing ...

Well designed hotel, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the location and neighbourhood as well.
