Fantastic Chalet in Les Vosges

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the chalet. The jacuzzi / spa was amazing. The chalet was excellently equipped for all our needs. We felt very comfortable during our time & I highly recommend staying at the Marmotte des Fies.

Ski vacation

We had a very nice stay in Xonrupt-Longemer. The cottage with jacuzzi and sauna was really enjoyable. We stayed there with two families including 3 children and 1 baby. Everything we needed was present in the cottage. It was very convenient that a baby bed was available so we did not have to bring it with us. A baby chair was also present. The first day we received a very warm welcome and the cottage was already heated as well as the jacuzzi. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend it!

Chalet conforme à la présentation, photos de l’annonce également. Communication avec la conciergerie au top (. Àl’heire et très réactif merci hervé). L’emplacement est très bien , cueillir des jonquilles en sortant du chalet le top pour la compagne qui adore ces fleurs . L’espace détente est nickel le jaccuzzi est très bien pas eu le temps de tester le sauna . Je recommande et nous reviendrons

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in dem schönen Chalet. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Spa-Bereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist zudem ein großer Badesee. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier und Seife müssen selber mitgebracht werden. Hier wäre es wichtig gewesen zu wissen, dass die Doppelbetten jeweils nur mit einer großen (2,20m x 2,40m) Bettdecke ausgestattet sind. Ansonsten hat es einem in dem Chalet an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief zeitweise etwas ungastlich und ausschließlich auf Französisch - was für uns jedoch kein Problem dargestellt hat. Aufgrund von Stau kamen wir erst etwas verspätet in der Unterkunft an und hatten im Dunklen ein wenig Schwierigkeiten, die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft zu entdecken. Der Verwalter hat auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen, auch die Übergabe am Ende unseres Aufenthalts verlief reibungslos. Vielleicht würde eine Schlüsselbox und eine Willkommens-Info mit allen wichtigen Hinweisen (insbesondere zur Spa-Benutzung) auf englisch den Check-in und Check-out noch etwas erleichtern. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Chalet sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!

Chalet idéal pour un week end

Chalet approprié pour un week end en famille! La literie est très bonne, le chalet est propre et plutôt recent, ce qui rend le séjour agréable, tout comme la terrasse et son orientation. Le logement se prête bien pour un regroupement familial. Nous avons passé un bon sejour et avons bien profité du jacuzzi.

Schöne Lage, schwierige Kommunikation

Es fehlt eine eindeutige Beschreibung wo das Haus liegt. Wir mussten es vie Google identifizieren und hatten Glück beim Finden. Die Lage in den Vogesen ist super. Der Vermieter kann nur französisch und deshalb war die Kommunikation schwierig. Als dann der Whirlpool nach deren Aussage, grün war fingen die Vorwürfe an wir hätten wild gehaust. Konsequenz wir fahren nicht mehr nach Frankreich.

Un bon week-end mais...

Nous avons globalement passé un bon week-end dans ce beau chalet bien conçu et bien situé. Néanmoins, nous tenons à souligner 2 bémols qui sont venus entacher notre week-end en famille. Le premier concerne l'accueil (fait par un prestataire) qui aura été plus que décevant. Nous vous conseillons vivement de ne pas avoir de problème sur votre route, sans quoi on vous le reprochera. D'autant plus que les indications concernant l'adresse étaient plutôt vagues et que nous avions été "abandonnés" par notre interlocuteur (étant arrivés à 20h30 et que ce dernier terminait son travail à 20h). Le second concerne certains équipements en mauvais état et pas à la hauteur de la qualité attendue des prestations pour une location à ce tarif. Une poêle hors d'usage (rouillée ou complètement brulée); des services à raclette incomplets et dans un sale état; les ampoules du miroir de la salle de bain ne fonctionnant plus et n'étant pas remplacées car "trop compliqué" (d'après le prestataire); une cafetière "Nespresso" qui coule au ralenti avec en plus des tasses inadaptées à ce type de machine. Toutes ces petites choses sont venues ternir notre week-end. Vraiment dommage car le potentiel y est à condition de remédier à tous ces points négatifs.

Chalet très confortable, bien placé, belle vue

Le chalet est très confortable, bien équipé et offre une belle vue sur les montagnes. Il se situe tout près des lacs de Xonrupt et Gérardmer, à dix minutes du col de la shlucht pour tous les départs de rando ou pistes de ski. Nous avons trouvé tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner, le grand canapé dans le salon permet de passer des soirées cosy tous ensemble et la literie est bonne. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus le soir pour se délasser avec sa belle vue dégagée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons reçu des réponses particulièrement rapides à chaque fois que nous avons eu des questions à poser. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour à la Marmotte des Fies.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes Ferienhaus, gute Lage um Mountainbike Touren zu machen, wandern, Baden etc. Kommunikation vor An und Abreise schwierig. Wir hatten bis 18 Uhr am Anreisetag keine Adresse oder einen Treffpunkt für die Schlüsselübergabe... auf gut Glück sind wir dann die Straße abgefahren und haben versucht uns an den Fotos zu orientieren. Um sechs kam dann jemand und hat uns reingelassen. Das ist für den Preis nicht angemessen.
