Amazing resort, best pool we have ever had at a resort, lovely staff and stunning views and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was so good and pool side pizza though fairly expensive was delicious.

Weekend Stay Great For Families

We booked in from Friday to Sunday. Hotel stay are impeccable, the room was smart, clean and had everything we needed. Must call out the Nook restaurant, the food was presented perfectly and tasted delicious, lots of choice and as with all of the staff there, very attentive and pleasant. The pool area and beach loungers are perfect too. However, as we checked in, we quickly realised our mistake of not booking an adults only hotel. Very few people were without a child or two. If you have younger children, it's great, lots of fun activities to keep them entertained. But as were after a quiet break it was a shock to the system. You learn...and maybe this isn't always the case for the hotel. Maybe school holidays.

This hotel was built June 2023 it is brand new and absolutely stunning. This is a 5 star hotel, just gorgeous. Very very clean, huge beautiful buffet breakfast. Clean big rooms. The ocean is beautiful and clean blue waters, we took our 2 year old son here and we had the best time, very kid friendly, splash park, kids pool, kids zone with toys, huge playground. The sand on the beach is clean and perfect. I can’t say enough great things If I’m ever in Vietnam again in the future I will DEFINITELY come back to this hotel. If you’re on the fence about booking this hotel, trust me, worth every penny.

Firstly, I must commend you on the exceptional quality of the hotel room and the pool area. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and provided all the comforts one could wish for. The pool area was equally impressive, offering a relaxing and pleasant environment that greatly enhanced our stay. However, I regret to inform you that our experience at the hotel restaurant was far from satisfactory. The service was consistently disappointing, with wait times for meals stretching between one and two hours on multiple occasions. Additionally, there were several instances where drinks were served only after the food had already been brought to the table, even after multiple reminders. Many times, we saw other guests give up and leave the restaurant without being served. Out of the seven days we stayed at the hotel, we were given two dinners without payment due to the poor service. Upon arrival we were told that the free minibar, including only two beers and four sodas, where the only free drinks included. However, after we contacted Expedia about this they said the one refill per day was complimentary and called the hotel. I believe that with improvements to the restaurant service and overall service, your hotel could offer a much better experience for all guests. However, based on our experience, the service significantly brought down the overall rating.

Super lækkert hotel som egner sig til familien med børn, der vil slappe af et par dage. Poolområdet er flot, morgenmaden er lækker, personalet er sødt, der er meget rent og dejligt stille. Eneste er, at hvis du vil have lidt natteliv eller en gågade, så er det ikke her. Dog car vi yderst tilfredse med hotellet og ville komme tillbage, hvis det var for at slappe totalt af. Familie på 2 voksen og 2 børn.
