"For a Vrbo rental, I never experienced what I had experience. First to me the walkway to the so-called apartment was kind of spooky. I didn’t feel safe even though it had bars all around the house. I was able to close the door downstairs, put the door upstairs to the apartment did not close properly meaning the lock did not go in to the door frame to close the door safely. Then the bed wasn’t really a bed. It had a cheap frame on it and the mattress was cheap and I had an uncomfortable night...

"Adam is such a great host and the place is beautiful and clean. We stayed here for 3 days to be near the rainforest and it was perfect. It's also near a cute town Nyguabo with some great restaurants right on the water. Highly recommend!"

"It was very clean, the yard is well kept, and sitting on the back porch looking out to the mountains and watching the birds was a great experience by itself. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the neighbors were friendly and welcomed us."

"What an amazing property! The location is close to everything. It was nice to hit the beaches in the morning and then hang out in the river in the afternoon. My wife and I are early birds and we loved sitting outside and watching all the birds and other animals wake up. We are already looking at dates to rent here again next year. "

"Kinda hard to find in the dark.The house is beautiful and very close to rain forest. Close to groceries, beach, places to eat. The rain forest sounds at night are amazing !!Only disappointment was hot tub wasn’t working "

"Delightful stay at Mata e' Platano Guesthouse in Luquillo, Puerto Rico! 🌴🏠 My compact, cozy shipping container room was charming, and the property's immaculate condition made me feel like I had the tranquil retreat all to myself. Breakfast (6am-10am) covered the essentials, and I happily fueled up with their convenient morning coffee machine – iced coffee on demand, yes please! ☕️ Snacks and water were available all day, adding to the comfort. A perfect escape from city hustle, ideal for introverts seeking peace. Pro tip: Uber to the ferry ($4) for a fantastic day trip to Vieques or Culebra. The under-construction suite looks stunning – I’m excited to plan a romantic getaway here with my significant other soon! Beautiful oceanfront property with pool and amenities to relax

"Where do I begin? The photos don't compare to how beautiful this house is. The pool and patio area were perfect. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and then some. Prior to our arrival José sent a detailed list of restaurants, grocery & convenient stores so we were able to eat and do some grocery shopping and were quickly settled as soon as we arrived. The only thing we didn't get to fully enjoy was the nearby beach. The waves were a little too rough for my toddlers. And the cove where the waves seemed calmer were a little bit of a walk down the beach. But we did make some day trips to other beaches and had a wonderful time. The house was able to comfortably accommodate my whole family"
