"今回の滞在もスタッフの方々に暖かく細やかな応対、お客様に寄り添う気持ちが伝わってきて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ザ・ラウンジ＆バーにて夕食を注文しました、少し料理を待たされることとなりましたが、その手違いを忘れさせるチーフやスタッフさんのフォローに流石、はいむるぶしさんと思いました。今回もクラブラウンジを利用させていただきましたが、ここでも満足に過ごさせていただきました。何度も行きたくなる素晴らしいホテルです。"

Et le personnel, je serais toujours reconnaissante de leur acceuil et de leur support. Nous avons eu un accident avec notre auto de location et comme nous ne parlions pas japonais, cetait tres difficile. Le personnel sur place nous a aide tout au long du processus et sest assuré que nous soyons rassuré et en securite. "

"Great place to stay in Ishigaki. The pool, spa, and shop were all quite convenient and the hotel is walking distance to the port, shops, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the hotel brings in very large tour groups and so it was always quite busy in common areas."

"We loved the privacy. That is what you’re paying for here. You are completely away from the world in this little tropical dream. The pool was amazing. We also liked snorkeling at blue cave and didn’t mind that it seems to be used for tour guides. I felt better being in the ocean with a few people around. Then back to the solitude of our house.
