"When checking in I was told their POS computer system was down and I was forced to pay in advance with CASH which I didn't have on me. I had to find an ATM, withdraw with cash -including a $25 deposit- AND pay a $3.50 ATM fee. Back at the front desk I was told that the senior/disability room I had RESERVED @ Hotels.com was not available. The room was clean, the towels and bedding were clean, wi-fi was available, but no free breakfast and there is no on-site restaurant. Upon check-out I asked for my deposit to be returned and I was forced to wait while they sent an employee to the room to check it for damage before they would release the $25 deposit to me. Most inconvenient!"

"This is one of the most modern hotel rooms we’ve ever been to. They had all the small details covered. An extra pullout couch in our room for our kids with a curtain that can be pulled in between sections. They had a decent size kitchen at which made life with kids so much easier, a good size fridge, utensils, cutting boards, microwave, etc. Another thing I loved was that the blinds in the hotel room were true blackout blinds with a tracking system on the side of the window. One of my pet peeves travelling is how most hotel room, heavy drapery blinds, let light in, and this was not the case. Breakfast was great in the morning. Staff were lovely overall great stay really stand out hotel. "
