"Ac was not working at the condo … with kids and at 95 degrees, very uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. The staff was hepful and willing to come take a look at 11pm as to why the AC wasn’t working, But still wasn’t fixed, had to call service person again in the morning and get temporary got it working. The bunk lights weren’t there at all and the service guy who came to look at the AC kindly said he had the bunk lights ordered come and could fix it. The initial room given had wet carpet and we ended up with a different room with all the above issues. The front desk at checkout were polite hearing about the issues but had no record of rhe issues/temporary fixes provided. Good property, helpful polite staff. But having paid for the condo stay and resort fee, expecting a fully functional room is basic!"

"The camping site was clean and well organized and ready when I got there. The site itself is beautiful and centrally located for a bunch of different skiing and recreational activities (I was there for the marathon). I do think there’s some sort of issue with the messaging on Expedia where messages are either not being checked or somehow not being received but other than that it was a positive experience."

"My family and I spend 5 nights here! If you like the outdoors and want peace and quiet then this is the spot. Our favorite hang out space was the deck where we grilled breakfast and dinner, roasted marshmallows and watched our favorite shows while relaxing in the hot tub. The garage is really cool and handy!The beds are super comfortable The kids had an absolute blast riding their E-moto dirt bikes, we went trail riding everyday. There’s tons of places to ride alol over Easton. Also The lakes are very close which is perfect. For Great Food- Mountain High Burger jointTurtle Fiesta Bar and GrillThe Coal Chute I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and the owners here are very accommodating and quickly responsive.They made sure we were having a great time! All in all, this place is so peaceful and perfect for our outdoor loving family. Oh yes and there’s lots of critters to enjoy while your here, squirrels, turkeys and deer. (I did see elk tracks) Thank you for sharing your awesome home with us! -Steve K."

"The property has an amazing Livingroom and kitchen. There is plenty of seating to play games and dine together. My complaints are; that for the price of the 4 night stay, each bathroom should be stocked with 1 more roll of toilet paper (thus having 2 rolls for back up), there should be a back up roll of paper towels in the kitchen (we started with only a partial roll and no backup) and the house keeping should make sure that both bathrooms have a back up shower gel in them. The remote on for the TV does not work, you have to use the manual on/off and input buttons on the actual side of the TV. The location and peaceful setting is very enjoyable."

"Charming, cozy, and well-appointed! We had a great stay as a family of four over a long weekend. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! The kids got a kick out of the dvd collection and we enjoyed the large back porch and proximity to the Yakima. Highly recommend for a relaxing and cozy getaway!"

"Beautiful spot we would definitely come back!!!Just a few things were a little challenging. There were no pots and pans to cook with but we had lovely neighbors that let us borrow and the microwave doesn’t work.Other than let everything was amazing!"

"The Highlander Lodge exceeded our expectations! Our group of 25 included 1 set of grandparents, and four families with a total of 15 grandkids from age 5-15. The game rooms and sports court gave the kiddos plenty to do, and the adults could find plenty of spaces to quietly relax. We had beautiful weather the last week in July, but even if it had been a rainy week, the family would have had a great experience due to the huge indoor space! Most of the rooms had individually controlled quiet A/C which meant we did not need to open windows. Very comfortable! When outside you can hear the distant sound of the highway, but that was not a problem for us at all. Wonderful to have hosts willing to rent to large family groups with kids! We took good care of the property and hope the owners continue to make it available to families like ours!"
