"I love how beautiful this property is, close to shopping and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay, I loved the onsen on the property. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Fujikawaguchiko. Perfect place to stay to see Mt Fuji while still enjoying the peace from tourists."

"The shuttle ride up to the onsen is a treat in itself - beautiful views of Japans incredible landscapes.
The staff are incredible. The welcoming experience was the best we’ve encountered.
We enjoyed a private onsen and were awed by the beauty and peacefulness of it. The food was so fresh, exquisite and filling! The attention to detail from prepartion to serving of meals is unmatched. We really appreciated the patience of the staff to help us understand how some items are to be eaten.
The hotel itself is older and could use some updates. However, it is a gem and we hope to come back on our next trip to Japan."
"The breakfast included was pretty handy, specially if you are climbing Fuji san and have no time to waste in the morning. It was a japanese style, so no bread. The food was delicious. "This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next.
