駅前を出てロータリーを過ぎたところにあります。駅からホテルに向かう途中にコンビニもあり、なにかと便利でした。

朝食はバイキング形式（弁当、ワンプレートの場合もあり）とあったが５日間利用して全てワンプレートでの提供だった。 布団のシーツにも汚れがあり、虫刺されも増えた。 シーズンの関係もあると思うが徳山のイルミネーションのBGMが部屋まで聞こえ、作業の弊害になった。

フェリーに乗るのに泊まりました。駅前で利便性はいいですね。フロントの対応もとても親切でした。 コスパからすると、何も不満は無いですね。夕飯はどこかで瓦蕎麦でも食べに行きたいと思ってたのですが、駅近のアーケードはシャッター商店街。ちょっと離れたセブンイレブン周りのほうが店は多いやうです。

出張で利用しました。wifiあるし受付のところにアメニテイも一式もらえるし、駅からも近いし可もなく不可もない感じです。東京と比べたらそりゃ色々あるけど、山口でそんな比較しても仕方ないし。朝飯も受付で７００円ぐらい払うと親戚のおばちゃんが作ったみたいな簡易な料理も食べれるし（駅の近くに早朝で食べるところ皆無）、他の施設は分からないですけど全然ありでしょうかね。寝るだけですので。

駅周辺なので立地はかなり良い。 些細なことだがホテルのエレベーターが一台のみで昇降速度が遅いと感じた。急いでいるときは大変かも。 部屋に埃がややあったり、内装が古かったりとあったが、滞在できないレベルではなかった。 アメニティはフロントからの持ち出しになるので、部屋には必要なものだけを持っていく形になる。 内装がやや古く見えることを除いて滞在しやすかった。

トイレは水が流れないし、隣の部家の音は丸聞こえ。同じ階の宿泊者の人のドアの開閉の音がうるさい。 駐車場がせまい。案内を頼んだら逆ギレ。 フロントのおじいが最悪
