I really appreciate the shuttle bus driver and the lady that greeted us at the front of the hotel. Once we got to Kwawguichiko Station, we are exhausted and overwhelmed but as soon as we headed to the shuttle bus our driver took our suitcase and we felt safe and taken care of. Great hotel room, with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff is also very friendly, the room very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a great choice with many different dishes and local food. Highly recommend!
