10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

Excellent location. Quiet part of Tokyo near major Shinagawa train station. There is a big building being built next to it so there is construction noise at this time.

"BIG Hotel. Handy to the terminal. Good selection of restaurants close by. Had an issue at check in regarding renovations being done on lower floor. Resolved very satisfactorily.. Bed was on the extremely firm side. Tv is hard to operate. Even on English channels, Japanese language overrides English. ..."

"Great location - 20 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. In house grill and restaurant were very good. Staff extremely helpful. Standard rooms are very small, but that is standard across the country. They are extremely functional, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again."
