Designed for families or groups, it’s a stay where everyone can come together, while still having room to retreat.



    The Space:

    You arrive, step inside and the view takes over. It draws you through the living spaces and out toward the balcony, where the coastline opens up in full.

    Set across two levels, the residence is designed for both connection and space. Downstairs is where everything gathers. A full kitchen anchors the home, opening into the dining and living areas and out to the balcony where the ocean becomes part of every moment.



    Two bedrooms sit on this level. A queen room and a second queen with ensuite and walk-in robe, both comfortable, air conditioned and positioned for easy living. There’s also a full laundry, making longer stays or larger groups feel effortless.



    The lower level can be accessed via lift from the garage, providing easy, accessible entry into the main living areas, bedrooms and bathroom without the need to use stairs.



    Upstairs, the home shifts into something quieter. The master suite opens to its own oceanside balcony, where the views feel even more expansive, paired with an air-conditioned master with an ensuite that looks out toward the water. Another bedroom with twin beds sits alongside an additional living area, offering a second space to relax, read or unwind, with access to a private outdoor courtyard.

    Guest Access:

    Arrive and head straight to the property, with secure access via a lockbox on site so there’s no need to detour for keys or coordinate arrival times. Once inside, you’ll have access to the lock-up garage and can take the lift directly up to the bottom floor of the apartment. It’s simple, private and designed so your stay begins the moment you arrive.
