Welcome to "The Garage", by NewPrice Properties, located in Yampa, Colorado. A unique property converted from a 6-car garage to a Beautiful, 3- Bedroom, 2 Bath Home. Our home is located in Yampa, the Gateway to the Flat Tops! Our home sits on just over a 1/2 acre and you are within minutes of the best Hunting, Fishing, Skiing, Snowmobiling and Hiking in Colorado. Outdoor enthusiast can enjoy mountain views filled with wildflowers, Hiking The Devil's Causeway or Fishing Big Stillwater Lake.
A short drive over to Lucky 8 Ranch for a Bison Adventure Tour, Guided ATV and Snowmobile Tours, Group Hayrides and Horseback Trail rides. Stagecoach Reservoir is a quick drive away where you can fish, rent a boat, paddleboard, kayak or just hang out at the beach. And, head north to Steamboat Springs for excellent skiing, fishing, shopping, dining and their famous Strawberry Park.
Our home will sleep 8-10 people comfortably. Two bedrooms offer queen beds and the third bedroom offers a Double/Twin Bunk bed and you'll find a full size futon under the steps. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, Dining table for 6 and our Living room is open with lots of natural light. We have two full bathrooms with a washer/dryer located upstairs. Please enjoy the four smart TVs with cable and access to your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon accounts. Free Wifi and don't forget the old-school DVD player!

My brothers and I book this cabin a couple times a year for fishing trips and we couldn’t recommend it more. The owners are great communicators and always assist with anything we need. Easy recommendation for anyone looking to schedule fishing trips in Yampa.

Great home base for skiing at Steamboat.

The house was lovely and exactly what we were looking for. The dog loved the fenced in yard. The town and neighborhood was a little sketchy and run down, but the rental house was just right.

this is the second year we have stayed at this property in Yampa Colorado. It is a little bit of paradise at the base of the flat mountains wonderful accommodations, pet friendly with a great fenced in yard. Easy access to fishing and steamboat beautiful home with all the amenities that anyone could need, highly recommend it

Yampa garage conversion

We had a great stay. Nice garage conversation with lots of open space. We unfortunately had a family member end up with rather severe injuries from a ski crash and had to leave very abruptly. We would stay again.

Family Get-Way

Nice property. 30 min south of Steamboat. Very quiet area. Good roads even in mid December. Fully furnished. Just a great family get a way with plenty to do.

Hidden Gem

Very nice cozy cabin. A very pretty 30-40 minute drive from Steamboat. Relaxing, and comfortable place to stay to enjoy quality time with your family. We will definitely come back in the Summertime to take advantage of the outdoor amenities on the property as well.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing few days unwinding. We decided to have a no tv trip and had so much fun watching the neighbors animals and playing endlessly in the stream.

Great place for family winter solstice ski trip. Steamboat is an easy 30 or so minute drive. Yampa is very quiet.

Property was clean, good parking, quiet area. The cabin is well set up to host a large group (we had 8). Check in was easy and check out had reasonable requests for cleaningThe property description could have better shown/explained the sleeping setup as it was advertised to sleep 10 but there were only 3 beds and one futon which we instead used an air mattress

Great spot close to Steamboat

We stayed here because of its big fenced in yard, as well as its' proximity to Steamboat Springs for skiing. The house is comfortable, spacious, and well equipped for all times of year! The host is very quick to respond, and our trip and stay went off without a hitch. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking, and I'd stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable home and yard

Liked the cabin size and the yard for our dog. Enjoyed walking to Montgomeries, Antler Bar and the National Forest Service office. Easy 35-40 minute drive to Steamboat Springs (barring any blizzard).

Cute and Cozy

Three bedroom two bath cabin, the driveway was great. The fenced in yard was amazing for the dogs. They absolutely loved it lots and lots of space to run around. When you go through the front door, the house was very warm and cozy. Had a cabin fell to it very clean.. All the bedrooms were equally as cozy and cute and comfortable. The house is very clean and the whole process was super easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful cabin in Yampa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Garage. Very comfortable and quiet. We loved sitting out by the fire pit enjoying the changing aspens and cool evenings. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. Our dog loved exploring the huge yard and bounding around the creek. The location was perfect for a day along Bear River and another up in Steamboat. If we’re in the area again would definitely stay here!

Perfect spot

The property was the perfect space for our group! Great size, fenced in yard, 35-40mins from steamboat! We even received help getting one of the cars out of the driveway after a snowstorm! Great experience and would recommend this property to anyone!

Great stay!

We stayed in Yampa for an event in Steamboat. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked, tons of space, but the yard was the real star! Our dog loved playing in the stream through the yard and we had fires every night in the graveled fire pit. We loved walking around Yampa and enjoyed being away from Steamboat with more space. Couldn’t recommend more!

Awesome cabin

Cabin was absolutely awesome. It was clean, cozy, organized and perfect. Our entire family and one friend stayed at the cabin and absolutely loved it. Everything worked and all the furniture was perfect. The area was a perfect and old fashion. Highly recommend this place.
