"We found the hotel room to be quite dated and not very spacious, especially for the price we paid and compared with other accommodation options in the area. It definitely feels like the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment. However, the hot spring is truly the standout feature. We really enjoyed it — relaxing, well‑maintained, and absolutely the highlight of our stay. Overall, while the hotel facilities could use improvement, the hot spring experience alone makes the visit memorable."

"House is in the best location for walks on the beach and hearing the waves at night. It’s a great set-up for 2 couples, with the back bedroom handy for taking your dog outside. The open lounge/kitchen area was comfy to hang out in, house has everything you need. "

"Best location!!!! Absolute beach front property with beautiful views of the water from living space and master bedroom. Walk out back door into beach.We ended up buying grocery and takeaway the whole time we were there so we could sit and enjoy the best view of Port Fairy.5 min drive into town. 10 min walk along beach to SLSC. The townhouse is extremely spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. Many stairs, so not suitable for those with accessibility concerns. Comfortable beds. "

"Rooms and hotel in general were beautifully clean. Lots of memorabilia though out there hotel. Only downsides was a very hard mattress and not a lot of floor room for bags. Super place to stay,right in the middle of Warnambool and Port Fairy."
