Convenient location-airport bus:5min, train:10min, clean, and good breakfast. However, I felt that it would be better if they spoke in a more polite and hospitable way

この値段とは思えないくらいスタッフが丁寧で本当に気分よかったです＾＾ 部屋も十分かな。 不満は一切ないです。 しいて言うなら、朝食ビュッフェはそんな大したことないので、あれなら必要ない気はしました。

그래도 괜찮다면 추천~!!

일단 직원들이 매우 친절함. 또한 미리 체크인과 짐을 맡아주는 서비스는 고객의 편리함을 최대한 도와 줌. 다만 2박 3일 동안 15마리의 불청객 바퀴부대는 정말 돌아버리는 줄 알았다는... ㅜㅜ

スタッフは親切でとても良かったのですが、とにかく部屋が不潔でした。3泊の間にゴキブリを10匹以上退治しました。朝方にはゴキブリが私の腕の上を歩いており、その違和感で起きました。とても不快でした。

コスパという意味ではとても満足できる滞在ができた。朝食も種類は少ないがまあ美味しかったし部屋も白を基調としていて清潔に保たれていると感じた。小さな虫（ゴキの子供）がチョロチョロと動きまわっていたりするが自分的には問題なかった。ベッドもとても寝心地が良く3泊したが熟睡できた。フロントスタッフも総じて皆さん笑顔で良い感じの方達でした。残念だったのは冷蔵庫の冷え具合はとても良いのだが外出中は部屋の電源がすべて落ちてしまうので部屋でお酒を飲もうと思って作っておいた氷が溶けてしまった。安宿としては十分合格点をつけてあげたい。初ヤンゴン滞在だったがなにより立地の良さがありがたかった。またいつか訪れた際にはリピートします。

Basic Hotel.Staff were very helpful & pleasant to me. Very central. I would be reluctant to eat street food in view of the number of rats i saw in the area.

まあまあ快適に滞在できる。

12月下旬の土曜日、12時45分にホテルに到着した。二泊した。 ウェルカムドリンクをさっと出してくれるなど、スタッフは感じがいい。 小柄なベルスタッフの若いおにいさんがカタコトの日本語でフレンドリーに話しかけてくれる。今日本語を習っているそうだ。 私が宿泊した７階の部屋は、やや狭いが清潔で機能的である。窓から街の景色が見える。 調度、アメニティーは一通り揃っている。 朝食のビュッフェは、品数は少ないものの十分である。味もまあまあ。 チェックアウトの時、ヤンゴン国際空港までのタクシーをフロントで呼んでもらった。料金は10,000チャット（約740円）であった。

You get what you paid for. Location is great! Staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is ok. 3 menus plus 2 kids of fruits usually banana and watermelon. Overall this is a wonderful 2*hotel with a fantastic location!

Véritable oasis de tranquillité dans ce quartier très animé. Nous avions une chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment, idéale. Chambre confortable, seul bémol, la douche sans cabine ni receveur qui inonde dans le coin sdb à chaque usage, mais très grande propreté. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux (local : salé plus que sucré). Personnel au petit soin. Merci à eux.

Great location for a reasonable price. Breakfast is good with very good coffee. Room is very small and the wifi connection is poor. We wanted to check out at 14 instead of 12, and they said they charge half a day for it.
