I stayed at Park Royal for my business trip, and got really good experience. All of staff are very friendly and polite. Also, room is nice. In the hotel there are good Japanese restaurant. We were able to enjoy dinner there.

The area was nice as it was off in it's own corner away from the busy downtown streets, was no issue getting a Grab to go anywhere as well. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area. The bar/club downstairs was interesting but the music they played was extremely loud so we had to sit far in the back away to hear/talk to people.

Hotel staff were always kindness and helpful. When I've faced Wi-Fi connection trouble, they were willing to support it. We initially booked for 24 nights. But my daughter and I planned to go for meditation retreat, so we asked the reception if they allowed us to checkout for 10 days and check back in thereafter. They allowed and agreed to what we requested. Overall all the hotel and restaurant staffs have been very polite and nice to us throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and it's rare to see the whole team with such positive attitude towards their services. Well done and we sincerely thank you to all the staffs at Park Royal Yangon for making our stay memorable. Keep up the good work ❤️☺️
