"This is a great hotel for surfers. Hajodae has waves right across from El Mar. Jukdo is close. Yangyang area is the better surfing beach area of Korea. This hotel is not for someone looking for Hilton or Hyatt style places. It is minimal but comfortable enough. I would stay here again. "

"Wonderful property. Clean, open spaces, amazing view of the beach. Laundry facilities were a godsend and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. "

"The room was very nice and had floor heating than, over time made the room too hot. The location was a little challenging without a car because there was no taxis in the area and one must rely on public transportation. This is fine if you don’t have much luggage. The dining options at the hotel and surrounding area were also very limited. There is a very cute cafe within walking distance called Bada View. "
