"We stayed here 2 years ago and the experience was great so we decided to stay again here and was the worst experience we’ve ever had! We checked in to the room the air conditioner wasn’t working so we told them they said they would have it fixed we got back to the 3 hours later and it was 85 degrees and the one air conditioner that was working was leaking water all over my sons bed so he had no where to sleep I went to tell them that we were going to need a new room so they reluctantly gave us...

"A very clean, friendly hotel in a perfect location. Due to there being bars next door and opposite a little noisy at night but as we were in a beautiful loft room at the back of the hotel oncw we shut the patio door it wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast was varied. Staff very polite and approachable. Would definitely stay here again 10/10"
