Stunning 9 bedroom VRBO nestled in the heart of historic downtown!

  • Welcome to our stunning 9-room VRBO nestled in the heart of historic downtown! Perfect for families, groups, or weddings, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests. This VRBO used to be the hotel for the Riverfront Event Center. A large common space is located on the 2nd level. It's the ideal spot for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying meals together. Plenty of restoration and updating has recently gone into this historic building that was previously operated as a hotel. With spacious accommodations, you and your guests can comfortably spread out. This aprtment features 9 hotel-style bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a large common area with game tables, large TVs, dinner seating and wonderful views of downtown. Please no pets or smoking while visiting.

    Enjoy your stay in Yankton while exploring the ever-growing Meridian District in historic downtown. Located above the Copper Room Lounge, you are just a short walk away from boutique shopping, salons, cozy coffee shops and bakeries, great restaurants and bars/breweries, Dakota Theater, farmer’s market (spring/summer), and the famous Missouri River with parks and walking trails/bridge.

It was like having our own hotel to ourselves. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Initially had a concern ac might not keep up with the hot summer weekend but they worked great. The common room was perfect for our large family gathering. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars close by. Easy walk to the pedestrian bridge to overlook the Missouri River. Our group ranged from 8-80 and everyone had a great time.
