"We had a wonderful stay! The decor is clean, minimalist, and very tastefully done—it really felt like having all the comforts of home. The big backyard was fantastic and offered plenty of space for our dogs. They especially loved watching the cows in the neighboring pasture! There’s also a wonderful fire pit area that would be amazing in the cooler winter months (with a horse shoe pit nearby). The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, and the space felt super welcoming. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!""

Charming Lake Fork Cottage w/ Screened-In Porch!

"My daughter grandkids, and I do a grandma camp out every year. When we look for a place, it has to be reasonably priced and on a lake with the right amount of sleeping space. The facilities were nice and clean. We did flip a breaker switch in the middle of the night or rather like at 12 o’clock at night, but my grandson was able to find the breaker box and take care of it. I felt like the place did not have sufficient cookware that we have had other places that we have had, but my daughter and I love the screen back porch for drinking our coffee in the morning with no one around . The dock was an excellent shape, which the grandkids really love because we could get right up there and jump off to swim. It’s. Not the house fault but we felt that it was too small for eight people when have their adult size. Also not the owner’s fault the fishing did not hold up to what we expected off Lake Fork. This would be a great place for a smaller group if they don’t wanna fish and just wanna hang out. When we first got there, the refrigerator was not very cold and I tried to call the host, but had to go through an organization to get a hold of anybody. I’d like to have direct access to the host which we did not have. We did all agree we would like to have that doc at the house that we had last year and the fishing that we had the year before that hostess fault? No just our preference."
